We collect personal data necessary to provide the service: name, email address, client name, contact details, and technical usage data. End-user (member) data is entered and controlled by the Client.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used solely to provide access to the FitnessHub platform, send system notifications (maintenance, security), share platform updates, and deliver offers and benefits from platform partners. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Data Ownership

The Client is the sole owner of its end-users' data. LAVA CLUB LLC provides the technical infrastructure and does not acquire ownership rights over the Client's users. The Client may request a data export at any time, which will be delivered within 7 days.

5. Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers. We apply industry-standard encryption and access controls. The Client is responsible for the lawfulness of processing its end-users' data in accordance with applicable law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. End users (members) submit such requests to the Client (their organization), which manages data through the FitnessHub portal.
