We charge a base fee per active member, plus a small additional fee for each member on a paid membership level. Members on free levels only count toward the base fee — so you pay more only when you're also earning more from paying members. Member levels let you offer different tiers of membership — for example a free entry level plus one or more paid levels (monthly or yearly) with extra benefits, points multipliers, or event access. You decide the names, colors, prices, and perks for each level.

Yes. Members can upgrade or subscribe to a paid level directly from their card through a secure Stripe checkout. They can manage, update, or cancel their subscription any time from the same portal.

Members get a digital card with a rotating verification code. Depending on the partner, they show the card in person, use a promo code online, or scan a QR to claim the benefit. Every scan is tracked so you can see which partners are most popular with your members.

Yes. You can publish events, collect RSVPs, and track attendance — and run loyalty promotions where members collect stamps from scans and redeem them for rewards. It's all included.

You don't have to. Partners sign up directly through our partner page — we review every application and work with them on their profile, discounts, and loyalty programs. You can also suggest businesses you'd like on the platform, or send them a direct invitation.

Yes. You can add or remove member levels, partners, and features at any time. Pricing changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Fill out the short application on the "For partners" page — we come back with a proposal within 48h. We review each application manually to keep deal quality high for members.

We don't have a fixed price list. The fee depends on your business size, your goals, and the offer you bring to members — the more value you give, the lower your fee. You get a concrete proposal after you apply.
